Should you see any anti-social behaviour on the park or Eden Bridge Gardens then please report it, you can use the following to do so. Don’t think someone else will report it the more information they receive the more likely hood they will catch them.

999 should only be used in situations where:

  • A crime is happening now
  • People are injured
  • People are being threatened or are in danger
  • The offender is still there or is nearby

Call 101 if:

  • There is no immediate danger to life
  • A crime is not in progress
  • The offender is not nearby

Dog fouling and fly tipping
You can report dog fouling to the Enforcement and Education Team by e-mailing enforcement@carlisle.gov.uk  or by telephone on
01228 817200. Every complaint will be investigated but you can help us by providing us with as must detail as possible such as:

  • Where the fouling/tipping is
  • What time of day it is happening
  • Who is responsible

Please note that livestock are loose in this park, please keep dogs under control.
